TERMS & CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

 By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

 ALL SALES FINAL All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to complete required steps

NO REFUNDS – NO EXCEPTIONS Session fees, product upgrades, mini sessions, last-minute offers, digital files, prints, albums, and add-ons are non-refundable. Digital products and photographic products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased. 

 CONTRACT REQUIREMENT A signed studio contract is mandatory. The contract must be signed within 48 hours of purchase. Failure to sign the contract within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the session and/or products without refund. PAYMENT PLANS & SCHEDULING Session dates will NOT be scheduled until payment plans are paid in full. Payment plans are a commitment and must be completed as agreed. Missed or failed payments may result in session cancellation without refund. 

 MINI SESSIONS & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS Mini sessions and promotional offers are limited, non-transferable, and non-reschedulable unless explicitly stated. If you fail to attend your scheduled session, your session and payment are forfeited. PRODUCT UPGRADES All upgrades are final sale once purchased. No downgrades, refunds, or substitutions will be permitted. 

 CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES By purchasing, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes. Any chargeback initiated will be considered a breach of contract and may result in collections, legal action, and permanent refusal of future services. All documentation (signed contracts, invoices, communications) will be provided to the payment processor.

EXPIRATION Sessions and products must be used within the timeframe stated in your contract. Unused sessions or credits expire and are forfeited without refund. 

 FORCE MAJEURE The studio is not liable for events beyond its control (including but not limited to weather, illness, acts of God, location closures). In such cases, rescheduling may be offered at the studio’s discretion — refunds will not be issued. 

 AGREEMENT By completing this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above and to the full studio contract.
